Do you offer overnight shipping?
Most coolies, shirts, hats and custom items can be overnighted! Let us know exactly what you have in mind for your personalized product and we'll get you accurate information as fast as possible.
Are your delivery dates guaranteed?
They absolutely are! As much as we possibly can, we guarantee those delivery dates. Delivery service didn't come through? We'll take responsibility for that too!
What materials are your product made of?
Our custom coolies and KOOZIES® are available in both neoprene and open cell foam (material availability depends on the product you're interested in). Personalized flags and banners are made out of a high quality polyester rip stop material. Custom apparel and hats have hundreds of options of brand and material.
Can I print a photo?
We love printing photos! They're a wonderful way to make your custom product extra special. Custom coolies, mugs, shirts and mouse pads are always wonderful options for photo printing.
Can I print just one?
Most of our custom products have no minmum order! Chat with your specialized design and sales team member and they'll let you know if there are any minimums on the product you've selected. If the minimum doesn't work for you, they'll help you with something that might be a good stand in!
Do you print apparel?
We print all sorts of custom apparel! Most popular products tend to be hoodies, t's and hats but we also do blankets, totes, golf towels, golf shirts, joggers and much, much more.
Can I print a photo?
We love printing photos! They're a wonderful way to make your custom product extra special. Custom coolies, mugs, shirts and mouse pads are always wonderful options for photo printing.
Can you print coffee mugs?
Custom coffee mugs? We sure do! Print a photo mug, a business promo mug or even just a something special mug.
Where are you located?
Just about all of our products are printed in a small town in North Carolina by a hardworking team of people who carefully review each and every piece pritned.
How long does it take to get a FP?
You'll receive your first communication from us within 15 minutes of requesting your proof!
Can I buy multiple products with the same design?
If you purchase multiple products with the same design, you'll receive a multi product discount! We can easily put your design on a variety of products for your review and you can decide if you'd like to continue with all or just some.

I want to reorder, what do I do?
Whether you want to reorder the same design or something totally different, we typically keep designs on file or can recreate them no problem. Reach out to the design expert you previously worked with and let them take care of the rest.
What is your minimum on apparel?
In almost all apparel choices, we can offer a minumum of just 1 item! Email with your design team member and they'll let you know if for some reason there is a minimum order.
How many products do you offer?
We've got a core group of about 10 products that are our most "requested" but can print hundreds of product styles. Not seeing something you want to customize on our site? Email our team and we'll let you know what we can do!

What is the difference between a KOOZIE® and a coolie?
Coolies are a generic product and KOOZIE® is a trademarked word and product.
Do you carry KOOZIE® product?
There are several KOOZIE® products available on our site for immediate print and ship. If there's a product you are interested in that you dont see, let us know and we'll confirm if we can stock that tiem!
What happens if I do not see a free proof after requesting one?
If you have requested a proof and not received any communication, please email [email protected].
How do I edit my design?
Email your team expert or give us a call! We have no design fees and are happy to bring your design dreams into a reality.
Can I put names on custom coolies?
Names on custom coolies are so fun! We can definitely do it. Looking to save a bit? Instead of individual names we can write something like "this custom coolie belongs to" and leave a blank space for names to be written in.
Your chat doesn't work, what do I do?
We don't typically have a llive agent answering chat but do have a space for you to leave a message for us. Feel free to hit send on that message and one of our team experts will email you back.
Do you offer military and fundraising discounts?
We do indeed extend military and fundraising discounts. Chat with your team expert and we'll tell you how!
What kind of printing processes do you have?
Coolie Nation offers in house printing processes that include screen print, heat sublimation, direct to garment and direct to film.
What if I want to match my colors?
Let us know the code you're trying to match and we'll offer you a variety of options for continuing with a color match.
What shipping carrier do you use?
UPS, FedEx and USPS are the methods we typically use for shipping. Want something specific or different? Let us know!
Can my company ship with our account?
In most cases we can use your shipping account if you'd prefer. Let us know and we'll touch base with you on how to coordinate!
How do I pay for my order?
Typically your design team expert will work with you on a proof and quote. Once you're ready to go, we accept all major credit cards, paypal and venmo payments. Hoping to pay via check? We'll work with you on what works best for you.
What if I want to pick up my order?

What if I want to print on a product I cannot find on coolienation.com?
Please contact us anytime for any possible product you're considering. If we can't do it, we'll let you know! And if it's new for us and we want to try a sample first, we'll let you know that too.
Do you have a maximum number of pieces I can buy?
Absolutely no maximum order size! Please let us know how many we can quote you for and we'll let you know if there are any special timelines we need to work tih.
