Since our products are customized and made to order, we do not generally issue refunds, we suggest you review your art and design thoroughly, if we print art that was approved, we cannot offer a refund, however in the event that there was a production error we can work with you on a reprint or an agreeable solution. All you need to do is just let us know you were not satisfied.

Rush shipping packages are guaranteed to the best of our abilities in coordination with our shipping carriers. If we miss your deadline due to an error on our end we will refund you no questions asked. If your deadline was missed due to a climatic event or due to our shipping carrier, shoot us an email and we can work with you on an agreeable solution.
